Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled service or appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 5 hours in advance may result in a 10% cancellation charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
